6	Domestic-level, high-end player with advanced knowledge and skills: Defined as human resources widely recognized inside and outside their organizations who have professional experience and achievements not only within their organizations but also in the industry.
5	In-house, high-end player with advanced knowledge and skills: Defined as professionals who have rich experience and achievements to lead their organizations.
4	Defined as professionals with advanced knowledge and skills who are able to perform tasks and deliver work instructions based on experience and achievements as well as to formulate the experience required for professionals as formal knowledge to develop younger people.
3	Defined as human resources with practical knowledge and skills who are able to perform all required tasks on their own.
2	Defined as human resources with basic knowledge and skills who are able to perform tasks with a certain degree of difficulty or part of the required tasks on their own.
1	Defined as human resources with the minimum knowledge and skills required for people involved in information technology who are able to perform tasks under guidance.

Defined as human resources with minimum knowledge and skills required for people involved in information technology who are able to perform tasks under guidance(Follow). บุคคลที่มี ความรู้พื้นฐานทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ซึ่งคนทำงานธุรกิจทุกคนควรจะมีเหมือนกัน และบุคคลที่ทำงานเกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือพยายามนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในงานที่ตนได้รับมอบหมาย นิยามว่าเป็นทรัพยากรบุคคลที่ มีความรู้และทักษะขั้นต่ำที่สุดซึ่งจำเป็นสำหรับผู้ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และสามารถทำงานต่าง ๆ ภายใต้คำแนะนำของหัวหน้างาน (ทำตามคำสั่ง)
Fundamental Information Technology Engineers Examination(FE)	Individuals who have basic fundamental knowledge and skills required to be an advanced IT human resource, and who possess practical utilization abilities. Defined as human resources with basic knowledge and skills who are able to perform tasks with a certain degree of difficulty or part of the required tasks on their own(Assist). บุคคลที่มี ความรู้และทักษะพื้นฐานที่สำคัญ ที่ยกระดับให้ตนเป็นทรัพยากรบุคคลด้านเทคโนโลยีที่ล้ำหน้า และมีความสามารถในการนำความรู้เหล่านี้มาใช้ในภาคปฏิบัติ ได้จริง นิยามว่าเป็นทรัพยากรบุคคลที่มี ความรู้และทักษะขั้นพื้นฐาน และสามารถทำงานที่มีความยากในระดับหนึ่ง หรือบาง ส่วนของงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายด้วยตนเอง (คอยช่วยเสริม)
Applied Information Technology Engineers Examination(AP)	Individuals who have applied knowledge and skills required to be an advanced IT human resource, and who have established their own direction as an advanced IT human resource. Defined as human resources with practical knowledge and skills who are able to perform all required tasks on their own (By Oneself). บุคคลที่ ประยุกต์ความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นในการเป็นทรัพยากรบุคคล ที่ล้ำหน้า และเป็นผู้กำหนดทางเดินของตนเองอย่างชัดเจน ที่จะมุ่งสู่ความเป็นทรัพยากรบุคคลที่ล้ำหน้า นิยามว่าเป็นทรัพยากรบุคคลที่มีความรู้และทักษะเชิง ปฏิบัติ และสามารถทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายทุกงานด้วยตน เอง (ทำเองได้หมด)
